Terms
Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement for using Pitchgrit, a practice room where B2B sales teams rehearse a buyer conversation with an AI and then read coaching. Please read them with the Privacy Policy.
Effective November 6, 2026
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and the operator named in the Contact section ("we"). By creating an account, starting a free preview, subscribing, or otherwise using Pitchgrit, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
If you use Pitchgrit for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. "You" includes that company. The product is meant for business sales practice.
The service
Pitchgrit lets a rep talk or type with an AI buyer, then read a scorecard and coaching. A manager on a team plan can create an organization, invite reps, assign scenarios, and read practice from that organization. The other party on a Pitchgrit call is an AI buyer. We do not join or record your real customer meetings.
We may change, add, or remove features. A subscribed practice call allows about 20 minutes of voice and 40 voice turns, and each voice turn is limited to about 45 seconds. That voice limit is counted talk time, not a clock that ends a typed call. Paid plans have no monthly minute cap. We may change these practice limits. Typing remains available when voice time runs out.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for activity under it. Give us a real name and email. Keep the password to yourself. Tell us if you believe the account is being used without permission, by emailing hello@pitchgrit.com.
A team manager is responsible for invites and for the reps they add. The invite is a link the manager copies. Pitchgrit does not email it. Each person should use their own account.
Free preview
The preview at /try is free and does not require an account. It is a limited sample, not a promise of a particular result. Current limits are below; we may change them.
- A browser can start 3 preview calls in a rolling day.
- Free previews are limited to 30 previews and 1 hour of preview voice per day for each network. We may pause new previews when the service is busy.
- The free preview runs up to 20 minutes, including up to 20 minutes of voice shared by you and the buyer. A busy day on your network can use up that shared voice sooner, and typing works until the 20-minute clock ends.
- An email is optional. If you leave one, we may follow up about Pitchgrit. You can skip it. The prep sheet stays on the page.
We may change these limits, and we may pause or withdraw the free preview, at any time.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Stripe handles the payment.
- Individual is $19 per month for one seat, with private practice history.
- Team is $29 per rep seat per month. You choose how many rep seats to pay for. Inviting a rep requires an open seat. The manager who creates the organization is not counted as a rep seat.
You subscribe through Stripe Checkout, opened from the Pricing page or from Billing. You can cancel anytime from Billing, which opens Stripe's customer portal. Stripe stores the payment method, runs the charge, shows invoices, changes the seat count, and completes the cancellation. We do not store your card number.
Prices on the Pricing page are in U.S. dollars and are billed monthly. Stripe Checkout may present another currency. The amount Stripe confirms is the amount you pay. Any tax Stripe adds at checkout is part of that amount. A promotion code changes the price only if Stripe accepts it.
Practice, assignments, and invites stay available while the subscription is active or in a trial. Paid plans don't include a free trial unless the checkout page shows one. A failed payment or a canceled subscription pauses those features until the subscription is active again. Canceling stops future charges as the Stripe portal describes. We do not promise a refund of a month that has already started, except where the law requires one.
We may change prices by posting them on the Pricing page. The posted price applies to a later billing period. You can cancel before that period if you do not want it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights, with the service or with content you submit.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, including the free preview.
- Share an account in place of a seat, or resell the service.
- Submit personal information or confidential information you do not have the right to use in a practice call.
- Use the service to harass anyone, or to generate unlawful content.
- Use a score or coaching note on its own to set pay, hiring, firing, or another performance decision.
- Interfere with another customer's use of Pitchgrit.
We may suspend a preview or an account that breaks these rules. We may also suspend access that puts the service, or other people, at risk.
AI scores and coaching
Scores, coaching, suggested lines, and buyer replies are AI-generated practice feedback. They are not an objective, accurate, or unbiased measure of a person, a call, or a team. They can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent from one run to the next. They should not be used alone for pay or performance decisions.
You are responsible for what you say on a real customer call. Pitchgrit does not guarantee a meeting, a sale, or any other business result. Practice feedback is not legal advice, employment advice, or a professional appraisal of a rep.
Your content and our IP
You keep ownership of the content you submit, including what you say on a practice call and the notes you type into a scenario. You give us a license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content to run the service. That includes sending it to the AI provider and showing it to managers in your organization. The license lasts for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
The software, the rubric, the catalog of scenarios, the branding, and the site are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Pitchgrit for your internal sales practice while these terms are in effect. Do not copy the catalog or the software except as needed to use the product.
AI-generated coaching is provided for that internal practice. We do not assign you exclusive rights in model output. Output can resemble output generated for someone else.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we disclaim any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, that a score will match a later human review, or that practice will produce a business result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, or lost data, arising out of the service or these terms.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pitchgrit in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing in that period.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. You are responsible for content you submit. If we face a claim because of content you submitted, or because a score was used on its own for a pay or performance decision, you will cover our resulting losses and reasonable costs to the extent the law allows.
Ending use
You may stop using Pitchgrit at any time and cancel a subscription from Billing. We may suspend or close access if you break these terms, if we must do so for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, stay in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or the service, except that we may seek injunctive relief in another court for misuse of the service. You and we consent to personal jurisdiction in those Dallas County courts.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Using Pitchgrit after the new date means you accept the update. If you have a subscription and do not agree, cancel before the next renewal. The current version is always at pitchgrit.com/terms.
